You've built a solid career, you solve difficult problems, and you’ve worked hard to create opportunities, resources, and support for your family.
And yet...
Home often feels like the one place where your leadership isn't producing the results you want.
The truth is, this isn't a capability problem.
It’s because the strategies that helped you become successful professionally aren't the same strategies that create trust, cooperation, emotional resilience, and connection in a neurodivergent family.
The good news?
Effective family leadership is a skill that can be learned.
And when you learn it, everything changes.
This is for you If…
You're a high-achieving executive or professional with a neurodivergent child (or children) and feel like traditional parenting advice isn’t working well for your family.
You've invested in plenty (perhaps courses, therapy, specialists, evaluations, or tutors) and still feel like you're missing a critical piece.
You know that fear, intimidation, and control are not healthy ways to lead. Neither is extreme passiveness.
You see coaching as an investment in your family's present and future.
This Is NOT For You If...
You're looking for a quick fix or magic parenting script.
You're unwilling to examine your own patterns, reactions, and leadership style.
You're looking for the cheapest solution available.
You're unwilling to invest time and energy into meaningful transformation
If this isn't the right fit, that's okay. There are other programs and resources that may better serve your current stage.

Reduce the daily conflict, emotional firefighting, and power struggles that consume so much of your family's energy. Create family systems, expectations, and relationships that naturally increase responsibility, trust, and collaboration.

Feel the same sense of competence and capability at home that you've built throughout your career. Stop spending so much energy managing crises and reclaim the mental and emotional capacity to enjoy your life again.

Move beyond survival mode and create the kind of family culture you've always wanted to build. Your child(ren) will feel more understood, and you’ll significantly improve both your better and future relationship with them.

Stop carrying family stress into every meeting, decision, and workday. Increase your emotional bandwidth, your own nervous system regulation, and ability to handle the challenges at home, so you can continue to thrive at work, too.
Discover the hidden factors driving conflict, dysregulation, emotional overwhelm, and family challenges.

As a certified teacher, neurodivergent mom of four, and emotional regulation coach, Emily has worked with thousands of families navigating challenges that traditional parenting advice often fails to address.
She’s spent years helping parents better understand neurodivergence, emotional regulation, family dynamics, and connection.
Through her rare combined professional and life experience, she’s helped thousands of families with emotional regulation, connection, and transforming their family dynamics.
Because this work is deeply personal and highly customized, Emily only works with a limited number of private clients at a time.
This allows for the level of support, access, and individualized guidance that meaningful transformation requires.

"Tapping into you like an amazing, educated cliff notes with the openness to be personalized... I feel like I underwent a giant, life changing perspective shift."
"I'm able to manage a situation with my increased resilience, and not just on the outside, but on the inside too…"
"It's been helpful to have someone who 'gets it' –the struggles a mom faces, the challenges with raising a ND kid..."
"The resources you provide aren't just quick fixes they are lasting changes where we actually look under the surface and I've been putting bandaid fixes on things and know this is why nothing is working for me."
“Another parent said something along the lines of, 'You handled that really well and calmly.' And I realized that it was more of my default now […] It was such a fantastic moment."
“I have learned a lot about how our brains work concerning emotional regulation. I have been able to gain and apply tools to help me and my kids regulate our emotions better. I have more of a growth mindset, than a perfectionism one. I seek to be more compassionate towards me and others, instead of critical - which was my default. I have even grown in processing my anger better, when something happens in my marriage.
"Emily has also coached me... I credit her with a new level of success I'm reaching after being coached through the thought work! Thank you Emily!"
