Enroll your kid in BBE-Grow, where they get:
New classes each month for fresh perspectives and tools
Weekly fun, simple activities so making progress can be simple
A gamified community to encourage growth and engagement
Ongoing support so you’re not trying to do it all alone
Now let’s keep your child moving forward and growing, instead of staying stuck.
Can you relate to any of the following?
Your kid knows emotional regulation tools…but when they’re overwhelmed, they still sometimes struggle to use them in a moment of dysregulation.
You’ve noticed that while your child deeply loves you… sometimes a lesson lands best when it comes from another trusted adult, too?
You love the emotional foundation you’ve already invested in for your child… but also realize that as your child grows, they’ll need ongoing support so those skills can grow with them.
Built especially for graduates of Brain-Body Emotional Regulation
- and open to other neurodivergent kids with a solid foundation who are ready for the next level of growth.
Hi, I’m Emily Hamblin - and I designed this class because I truly get it.
Growing up as an undiagnosed neurodivergent child left me with a lot of wounds as an adult.
Even as a certified teacher with a deeply kind and caring personality and a whole lot of education and experience, learning to regulate my own emotions as a mother was anything but easy.
At work and with friends? I would mask or fawn, and then spiral into a shutdown once I got home.
As a mom? I was so shocked to see how explosive I’d become. In fact, I found myself repeating the very same cycles I always promised I’d break. 💔

And so I quickly became obsessed with learning how to regulate my own emotions - even with a neurodivergent brain and nervous system. I realized emotions aren’t just in our brains or our nervous system - they’re in both. That brain-body understanding is the approach that changed everything for me.
Then, I became obsessed with teaching it to our kids! And it has radically changed our family’s life.
So. Much. More. Joy.

Because we constantly work on our emotional growth, my family and I are SO much happier.
You can feel the love so much more easily in our home.
If only I could say… ”and ever since that moment, our home has been nothing but glitter cannons, unicorns, and rainbows, and we never once had big emotions in our home again”. 🌈 (But I just can’t lie 😂)
OF COURSE we still have big emotions in our home - and it wouldn’t be healthy if we didn’t!
The BIG difference is that we manage our emotions.
My 15-year-old can see my 4-year-old melting down, and say “Hey, Mom, I think her body budget is low. Can you help?”
My 10-year-old can say “I’m feeling overstimulated!” and look for headphones instead of melting down.
My 7-year-old can hold a firm boundary with a friend without blowing up and refusing to play with that kid ever again.
My 4-year-old can say “I’m so frustrated!” when she can’t put the puzzle together, rather than throwing it across the room.
These moments may seem small, but to a child, they’re HUGE.
Few kids learn emotional regulation.
The very, very lucky ones keep practicing it until it becomes part of who they are.

It’s a “divergent” membership. 😁
(#sorrynotsorry 😅)

Let’s be completely real here.
A single therapy session costs $150 to $300+. And therapy can be wonderful - we’re not knocking it. But BBE Grow is not therapy, and it was never trying to be.
Here is what makes it different.
When your child works with a therapist, you often do not know what happened in the room. You might get a summary or a worksheet, and then your child goes back to their life, and you go back to yours...separately.
BBE Grow is a program for kids that benefits the entire family. You can watch the replays. You and your kids get the same mentor, the same language, the same tools. You know exactly what your child is learning each month because you are learning it too. You can talk about it at dinner. You can use it in the hard moments. There is no gap between what they are learning and what is happening at home. That is the wraparound family support that makes everything stick.
And all of that is available in BBE Grow for less than a single therapy session.
The price for BBE GROW is going to be $197.
But right now, as a founding member, you can join BBE Grow at the lowest price it will ever be: $147/month.
This is our founder's rate. It goes up as we grow. But everyone who joins now locks in this rate for as long as they stay. That is our promise to the families who show up first.
You can cancel at any time, but we encourage you to stay for at least six months—because real change takes time. This is when the work shifts from something your child is practicing to something they truly embody. The families who see the biggest change are the ones who commit to the long view.

BBE Grow was built especially for Brain-Body Emotional Education (BBE) graduates. That said, it is also open to neurodivergent kids who already have an emotional regulation foundation from somewhere else. If your child understands basic concepts like the upstairs and downstairs brain, what it feels like in their body to be dysregulated, and why their brain works the way it does, they are likely a great fit. Not sure? Just reach out. We will figure it out together.
Totally valid concern. Many neurodivergent kids push back on things that were not their idea. 😄
We’ve designed BBE Grow to be engaging and fun, so kids can relax and be themselves. Most warm up quickly once they see this isn’t about fixing them. It’s about supporting them.
We also support you as the parent to know how to help implement it at home. If you want specific help getting your child excited about joining without a power struggle, just ask. The community is open 24/7, and our incredible team is in there during business hours to support you.
We get it - life happens! That is what the library is for. Every class is recorded and available for you to watch anytime. And because children's privacy matters deeply to us, all replays have children's videos, voices, and names edited out before they go in.
One live class each month (about an hour), with optional weekly activities that take just a few minutes.
You can weave the optional activities into the flow of your day during dinner, play, or everyday moments. This is intentionally designed to make your life easier, not add more to your plate.
Yes - but only if your child is human. 😉 But really - I want to be really honest about that because I think you deserve honesty more than hype. The goal is not to eradicate big emotions. Big emotions are human and exist to help us navigate our world. The goal is to help your child keep growing their tools, become more emotionally mature over time, and build the kind of inner confidence that follows them into adulthood. Your child’s big emotions aren’t the problem - the challenge is that they don’t (yet!) have the skills to manage them in healthy ways.
Then welcome, friend. You are in very good company around here. 🙌 Learning alongside your child is actually one of the most powerful things you can do for them. It normalizes the work and builds connection. And your Emotionally Healthy Families membership is FREE to all parents of BBE-Grow students, so you can get support on your own journey at the same time.
Great! 💛 Each BBE Grow membership is designed for one child who would like to be called on, participate live, and receive individual attention during class. If you’d like multiple children to actively participate and be called on individually, we recommend one membership per child. If your children would simply like to watch together or share the content at home, that is absolutely okay too. We’re happy to support what works best for your family.
If you want a sibling discount, please enroll your first child, then reply to your confirmation email and ask for a link with the sibling discount.
If you’re an Arizona family, ESA is a state program that gives eligible families education funds they can use for approved learning expenses.
If you already know you have ESA funds, you can use them for BBE Grow. Just email emily@enlighteningmotherhood.com for an invoice, or pay with a debit card.
I wish! If only I could hand them out through the camera. 😊 Not technically, but if your kid needs to eat (or move their body, or stim, or color, or otherwise meet their sensory needs) during class, that's 100% okay! (And I may or may not be eating something questionable in the name of class engagement. 🦗😂)
Honestly? Probably because your nervous system has trust issues from buying things online before. 😅 Fair. So let's use a little brain science here. When something feels right but unfamiliar, your brain often says "keep scrolling, we'll decide later." But "later" is where great opportunities go to die. If your gut is saying this would help my child, listen to that. Your brain will catch up in a minute. But if you're waiting for one more sign to join? This is it. 🧡
Now let’s make sure they keep growing.
Because emotional regulation becomes part of who you are when it’s practiced consistently over time.
